After 80 days (approx 2.5 months), i lost a total of 7kg!
But...
I gained weight when i stop consuming Herbalife. Reason: out of budget.
And now, i am embarking to another weight loss journey. This time, no product involve.
To date, i've lost 8kg in 1.5 months! I never tought it would be this easy.

Yes people, there is no shortcut. Once you are on this journey, you have to maintain the lifestyle forever. And ever.
