Take Back To The Start

This entry is way overdue. 

After 80 days (approx 2.5 months), i lost a total of 7kg! 

But...

I gained weight when i stop consuming Herbalife. Reason: out of budget. 

And now, i am embarking to another weight loss journey. This time, no product involve. 

To date, i've lost 8kg in 1.5 months! I never tought it would be this easy. 

The key to weight loss:
Count Your Calory Intake
Balanced Diet
Exercise 
Drink Lots Of Water
Good Sleep

Yes people, there is no shortcut. Once you are on this journey, you have to maintain the lifestyle forever. And ever. 

No turning back to old habits. 

Ditch it!

Hence,

Weigth Loss = Change Lifestyle

Simple
